Why is Live Viewer disabled in Pure CAPI mode?
In Pure CAPI mode the data is sent in batched HTTP POST requests through the endpoint you specify; no WebSocket connection is established. Real-time streaming is therefore not possible in this mode. Use Hybrid Mode if you need both.
How do I track custom E-commerce events?
You can push standard GA4-style events (like purchase or add_to_cart) directly to the mp() queue. Check out our Event Tracking API documentation for code snippets and parameter guidelines.
Can I change my Workspace name?
Yes. As the Workspace Owner, open the workspace's Dashboard and click the pencil icon “Edit Name” in the Team card. Team members are managed in the same card.
